Work Environment

Over the years the work environment has changed for the workers. Children no longer work long and dangerous jobs. Those jobs were given to the adults, who in turn worked without health benefits and workers safety. The environment then changed again as workers put into factories assembling the same product over and over. Later the factories turned into the office space where workers are cubiced together. Of course as time moved forward the work environment has gotten better, more rights for the workers. But as AI continues to replace the worker and social pressure continues to demand better for the worker, what is next for the work environment?

WeWork’s business model is based on the idea that attractive offices, with common areas and leisure activities, will appeal to small businesses and freelance workers. If a positive office interior helps, it makes sense that a nice outdoor environment should boost morale too."
